Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they apply to all orders placed with PrintingGreen.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PrintingGreen.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintingGreen.com. The ordering process begins once your order is approved. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if you are not completely satisfied with your printed product for any reason, we will reprint it promptly or issue a full refund, excluding shipping, postage, and processing fees.

Proofs

PrintingGreen.com provides complimentary soft copy PDF proofs for print-ready files submitted by you. Once you approve your print-ready files, we will email you a soft copy PDF proof. Printing turnaround time begins only after we receive your proof approval. Hard copy proofs are available for an additional charge. These are for color verification only and do not guarantee an exact match to your order specifications. If you wish to see how your job will appear on a specific paper stock, please request samples in advance. Changes to any order must be submitted in writing.

Color Accuracy and File Submission

While we strive for the highest color accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact match due to standard printing process limitations. For hard copy proofs approved by you, color accuracy is guaranteed within 90%. All files must be submitted in CMYK format; files submitted in RGB may result in color shifts, for which PrintingGreen.com is not responsible. If ordering Spot Color work, please use PMS format. Clients are responsible for providing print-ready files suitable for offset printing. PrintingGreen.com is not liable for issues caused by low-resolution files, file errors, layout issues, or discrepancies in the approved proofs.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins only upon receipt of your approved proofs. Orders approved by 3:00 PM PST will begin production the same business day. PrintingGreen.com operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. Turnaround time covers production only and does not include shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by PrintingGreen.com.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of order placement and covers all costs, including processing, printing, bindery, and shipping. Payment methods accepted are:
Credit Card: Secure online processing. Pre-Pay, Cash, or Check: Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Pay on Account: Available for government and educational institutions only. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. If payment is declined after production has begun, final payment must be made before shipment. Delinquent accounts may be charged a monthly finance charge and interest.

Returns and Claims

Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are not accepted. Claims for defects must be reported within five (5) business days of receiving your order. If no claim is made within this period, the order is deemed accepted. Valid claims will be addressed with a replacement or reprint once the defective merchandise is returned and verified to be free of misuse or mishandling. If you have a claim, please do not use the product and contact us immediately.

Indemnification

By using PrintingGreen.com, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintingGreen.com, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the site or violation of these Terms. You warrant that you own or have licensed all intellectual property used in your print order.

Quality Guarantee

PrintingGreen.com guarantees that your order will meet or exceed standard industry quality. If a defect in workmanship or materials within our control occurs, we will reprint your job at no cost or issue a full refund. This guarantee does not cover errors in your digital files, including low-resolution images, incorrect color models, missing fonts, defective file formats, or copy inaccuracies. We aim for “pleasing color” standards but cannot guarantee color matching to your monitor or printer.
